Biography:
I have learned from and worked with Chefs from James Beard award winners to the former executive Sous Chef of the three Michelin starred Bouchon. Cooking healthy and delicious food has always been a passion of mine, primarily for the satisfaction it brings to my customers. For over ten years, I have worked in fine dining, from Pastry Chef to Private Chef, with clients including many celebrities, and achieving head pastry chef of a 5 diamond restaurant by the age of 22.
I take food restrictions and allergies extremely seriously, and I love to work with my clients to develop a menu that is perfect for their needs.
