Biography:

I am a high energy chef who isn't afraid to spread my knowledge inside or outside of the kitchen. I have experience with edibles of all kinds. Most of my professional work has been in commercial kitchens, but I'm an easy adapter and will make beautiful, tasty creations, accompanied by the math behind the work.
