My focus is Keto, Paleo, Bulletproof, Whole30, and Auto-Immune Protocol ( AIP ), which means I typically cook without gluten, dairy, refined sugars & refined oil.
I started with a background in nutrition, certified as a nutritional therapy practitioner, which drove me to get into professional cooking. I offer nutrition consulting as part of my services when requested and then make the food 100% catered towards your goals and needs. While many chefs offer trendy diet menus, I have deep mastery and passion for nutrition and special diets that nobody else can rival.
I am able to help calculate macros and can assist with weight loss & muscle gain for overall health or for actors needing to be at a goal for on-camera work.
All this said, I am also classically trained and can cook “regular” foods as well. I also just like making healthy food taste good, and making healthier versions of your favorite foods. I’ve traveled all over the world and love finding new foods in new countries and then making a healthier version of them.
