Passionate about fresh, local, healthy, creative, and delicious cuisine from a variety of ethnicities and cultures. Always desiring to learn more!
Graduated with a culinary arts degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2012 with a 4.0 gpa
Started my own business as a private chef in early 2017
Creates meal plans for clients, including people with strict dietary restrictions or specific nutritional goals. I myself am gf and df, I’ve tracked my own macros for 2-3 years, and I have a strong interest in nutrition/fitness as a whole.
Stocks your pantry, fridge, and freezer, grocery shops, prepares smoothies and snacks, essentially anything food related that you are looking for. I secretly love organizing pantries and fridges haha.
Writes recipes, organizes shopping lists, preps all food, and cooks on a weekly or daily basis for all clients (depending on what you are looking for). I leave detailed instructions for you each week, though ideally that will only involve reheat/baking instructions or something similarly minimal.
Prepares meals and desserts for special occasions such as annual retreats, private dinners, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, and holiday parties
Demonstrates the ability to work without direct supervision and maintain high standards and an extremely ambitious/driven work ethic (all of my clients currently have given me keys to their house, and trust me to work without even being home!)
