Biography:

Hola! I am chef Dallas Kim, born and raised in Baja California, Mexico. I went to culinary school in Mexico and traveled extensively throughout the country absorbing the unique and vast variety of flavors, colors, seasonings, and culture surrounding Mexican and Latin-American cuisine. My passion is creating beautiful, memorable, delicious food that everyone can gather around and enjoy together. I find joy in creating positive food experiences, healthy eating habits, and happy clients!

I have extensive experience as an executive chef in restaurants, as well as catering companies and special venues. I recently relocated to San Antonio, Texas with my family and now primarily work as a personal chef for clients who desire healthy, delicious meals on a weekly basis. I custom design the menus, do all the shopping, food preparation, service, and clean-up.

I also provide special occasion meals such as private dinners for birthdays and anniversaries, or a special romantic brunch for two! Finally, I offer cooking clases in English and Spanish!
