Biography:

I grew up in a large family. I learned to cook from watching and helping my mom. I spent several years in a professional kitchen and have trained in a variety of cuisines. I like to cook healthy and clean, but I have no problem mixing in classic comfort foods and sweet treats depending on what you want.
