About Me
New York is home, and its mix of food cultures introduced me to different cuisines early in life. My career now spans more than 20 years, with experience in restaurants, catering, and private households.
After graduating from Boston University and travelling, I moved to San Francisco in 2003 to study cooking. Over 12 years in the Bay Area, I worked across several parts of the industry and learned from Michelin-starred mentors. I returned to New York City in 2015 and went on to develop a private family’s culinary program.
Today, my services range from preparing meals for the week to cooking for a special evening at home. Menus are developed around each client’s preferences, with options for ongoing personal-chef arrangements, individual bookings, and dinner parties. I also travel to clients’ properties as part of my private-chef service.
Teaching offers another way to share my experience. In my home cooking classes, guests practise knife handling, kitchen safety, and preparing a chosen recipe before enjoying the meal they have made. Across my work, patience, adaptability, and creativity guide how I respond to each household and occasion.
